Kerr Design Build will be with you through every stage of your project, from planning and designing to completion, from minute details to finished product. We supply and vet our own teams of design and construction professionals, so you don’t have to be concerned with confusing outsourcing.

During design, budgeting and throughout, your project manager, designer and construction crew will impart their knowledge and experience, which helps especially in minimizing delays and problems. Their intimate knowledge of construction methods, labour and material costs is invaluable when discussing and documenting the budget plan.

Cost-Plus Contract – labour, materials, and management costs are added up and multiplied by a percentage to calculate the total amount due.
