Design During Construction
When the construction begins, there is still some cross-over of interior design work required, most of which involves the following tasks, but is not limited to:
- Conducting layout meetings for plumbing and electrical fixtures and locations
- Reflected ceiling layout confirmations
- Millwork details review
- Tile details review
- Communication regularly with the construction team to provide details as required
The Interior Design portion is an incredibly in-depth review of all fixtures and finishes with all quotes and details worked out. Once it gets to site things can change with unknown site conditions that can arise.
