1 — Review & Feasibility

Our team prepares the drawings, plans, and supporting documentation required for your permit application. Where needed, we coordinate technical inputs such as surveys, engineering, and geotechnical information.

3 — Submission & Municipal Review

We manage the submission process and coordinate with the City of Vancouver — including review against building code, safety, and related requirements.

4 — Revisions & Additional Approvals

If revisions or further review are requested, we manage them and guide next steps. Where required, we can also support variance or exception processes — including presenting your case before the Board of Variance on your behalf.
