Site Supervisor
We’re looking for an experienced site supervisor who leads by example — someone who can manage a construction team, keep projects on schedule, and deliver the quality Kerr Design Build is known for.
Compensation: $40–$47/h + benefits + production bonuses. Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:
– Lead construction teams to complete high-quality projects on schedule
– Working management role — hands-on tools on smaller projects
– Train and mentor team members on site
– Manage supplier and subtrade invoicing to keep projects on budget
– Maintain excellent client communication throughout the project
Requirements:
– Proven track record managing residential construction projects in Canada
– Red Seal Carpentry Ticket or equivalent experience
– Must have vehicle and tools
– Strong organizational and teamwork skills
– Legally entitled to work in Canada
Renovations Carpenter
We’re looking for a skilled carpenter who holds high standards and takes real pride in their workmanship. If you want to work on award-winning projects with a team that recognizes and rewards quality — this is the role for you.
Compensation: $24–$37/h depending on skills and experience + benefits. Type: Full-time

– Red Seal Certification or equivalent deep experience (apprenticeship sponsorship available)

– Vehicle and tools required — sites across Vancouver and surrounding areas
