Design During Construction
When the construction begins, there is still some crossover of interior design work required, most of which involves the following tasks, but is not limited to:
- Conducting layout meetings for plumbing and electrical fixtures and locations
- Reflected ceiling layout confirmations
- Millwork details review
- Tile details review
- Communication regularly with the construction team to provide details as required
The Interior Design portion is an incredibly in-depth review of all fixtures and finishes, with all quotes and details worked out. Once it gets to the site, things can change due to unknown site conditions that may arise.
