Meet Kerr Construction’s Elton Donald at the BC Home + Garden Show
Our own Elton Donald will be featured at the BC Home + Garden Show being held Wednesday to Sunday, February 20 – 24 at BC Place Stadium.
He is one of the featured speakers at the Homebuilders Association Vancouver “Ask the Experts” Stage, sponsored by Trail Appliances.
Elton is a partner and long-time employee of our company. He began working for us back in ’91 as a labourer and worked his way up through the ranks to ownership in 2005. As a ticketed red seal journeyman with 20+ years of experience in the construction industry, he has vast hands-on knowledge.
He is our sales manager and will be giving a seminar on “Budgeting and Financing for a Build or Renovation” at the show.
It is a large topic and he will be providing tips on such things as:
- Types of financing that are available
- How to budget for a project
- Evaluating budget risk
- Getting what you pay for
- Contingencies
- and more…
There are three dates to catch Elton and his seminar on the “Ask the Experts” stage at the BCHGS.
