Kerr Design Build Awarded International Recognition for Design
BUILD Magazine, a prestigious monthly publication based in the UK that covers the global construction and property industries, has recognized Kerr Design Build as one of the top design-build firms worldwide.
For the last seven years, BUILD has acknowledged premier construction, design and architectural firms around the world with their annual awards. This year’s awards recognized companies that focused on “sustainable and efficient methods, including pioneers in passive design’ and are meant to include only “the most dedicated, creative and awe-inspiring parties.” To determine the awardees, BUILD uses an impartial panel of five individuals, including a veteran academic leader with international academic and training experience.
Kerr Design Build was given the award for “Best High-End Home Renovation Specialists – Vancouver – Award for Innovation in Residential Design 2021” and is pleased to accept the award.
Awards keep coming
This is the second major recognition in 2021.
In April, Kerr Design Build received the 2021 Guildmaster Award with Highest Distinction for demonstrating exceptional customer service within the North American residential construction industry. GuildQuality is a US-based customer satisfaction surveying company that recognizes and celebrates home building, remodelling, and contracting professionals demonstrating the highest level of customer service within the U.S. and Canada through the Guildmaster Award. This award recognized Kerr as one of the only 400+ businesses in the residential construction industry to be recognized by GuildQuality for consistently delivering superior customer care.
