Kerr Construction & Design Awarded International Recognition for Design
BUILD Magazine, a prestigious monthly publication based in the UK that follows the global construction and property industries, has recognized Kerr Construction & Design as one of the top design-build firms in the world.
For the last seven years, BUILD has acknowledged premier construction, design and architectural firms around the world with their annual awards. This year’s awards recognized companies that focussed on “sustainable and efficient methods including pioneers in passive design’ and are meant to include only “the most dedicated, creative and awe-inspiring parties.” To determine the awardees, BUILD uses an impartial panel of five individuals to conduct all of the research, including a veteran academic leader with international academic and training experience.
Kerr Construction & Design was given the award for “Best High-End Home Renovation Specialists – Vancouver – Award for Innovation in Residential Design 2021” and is pleased to accept the award.
Awards keep coming

Back in April, Kerr Construction & Design received the 2021 Guildmaster with Highest Distinction Award for demonstrating exceptional customer service within the residential construction industry in North America. GuildQuality is a US-based customer satisfaction surveying company that recognizes and celebrates home building, remodelling, and contracting professionals demonstrating the highest level of customer service within the U.S. and Canada through the Guildmaster Award. This award recognized Kerr as one of the only 400+ businesses within the residential construction industry recognized by GuildQuality for consistently delivering superior customer care.
