Kerr Design Build is in the process of completing this beautiful project.

This property has been in the family for years. The house is now being torn down and custom-built for a new generation and their household.

The traditional craftsman design is loved by the family, along with the beautiful period colour scheme.  So it will be recreated in the new construction.

However, the interior will be fully modernized, creating the open living spaces that a young family needs. Some special features include a brew room tapped to the dining wet bar for Dad!    

Nothing is overlooked in this design, from the brew room to the millwork details, floor inlay keys, wall panelling and tiled bathroom walls.
