Detailed Design
Once you approve the direction, we develop full specifications: dimensions, finishes, materials, and fixtures — every detail documented. You’ll know exactly what you’re getting before a single tool is lifted or a dollar is spent.
Fixed Budget & Clear Scope
With the design fully approved, we set a firm price for the construction phase. You’ll know exactly what you’re spending before a single tool is lifted — and that number won’t change unless you change the scope.

A 1920s character home in West Point Grey — renovated with rare completeness.
