Our Warranty is Better Than a New Home Warranty
Elton Donald has been with Kerr Design Build for almost his whole working life. He started here in high school. His Grade 10 summer was spent painting basements and carrying out garbage on construction sites.
Today, he is a partner and senior project consultant.
Quality of workmanship is a point of pride

In BC, a new home warranty is 2 years on labour and materials (some limits apply), 5 years on the building envelope, including water penetration, and 10 years on the structure of the home.

As Elton explains, “We as our own standard give out a 3-6-12. We did that because we weren’t getting callbacks for warranty. We were doing things at a level that they were standing up, as they should. And, for us, we thought that it was a really great idea to show people we’ll stand behind our work and we’ll look after you.”
