Exploring Multi-Unit Conversions with Elton Donald

On September 26, Elton Donald held a very successful seminar at our offices for a room full of homeowners on the challenges and rewards of multi-unit conversions and duplexes.

The presentation provided a detailed guide about multi-unit conversions, the latest program from the City of Vancouver to ease the housing crisis. Elton provided practical advice on consulting with realtors, understanding appraisals, and knowing upfront costs.

All in all, it was a very pleasant, informative evening for those in attendance. A little added wine is always enjoyable.
